Error turning Bias Tee on rtl-sdr

Hi all,

I downloaded this https://github.com/rtlsdrblog/rtl-sdr/releases/tag/v1.1 as said in https://www.rtl-sdr.com/rtl-sdr-blog-v-3-dongles-user-guide/, and when I run the bias on batch it results in an error (screenshot below). I have two lnas connected via a 10 uH coil to the rtl-sdr.
