| The security situation presents significant challenges, requiring agility and swift adaptations. There is considerable uncertainty in the aviation industry, and we see it as our mission to continue our operations as much as possible. | In recent days, we have added flights to Greece and Cyprus at uniform prices to enable as many Israelis as possible to return home from these destinations. Where possible and where we have identified increased demand, we have increased seat availability by deploying wide-body aircraft. You can track additional flights and enhancements on the EL AL website and our social media channels. For your convenience, the website also features a table of seat availability on our flights. |
| Additionally, we have announced a flexible policy allowing EL AL customers who purchased tickets by August 4th for flights scheduled to depart by August 17th (inclusive) to cancel their tickets without cancellation fees and receive a voucher valid until December 31st, 2025. Vouchers can be issued for all tickets sold by EL AL: LITE, CLASSIC, and FLEX. You can independently issue vouchers on our website. |
| We operate per the guidelines of security and aviation authorities and are prepared to make changes as directed. These changes can sometimes cause inconvenience, and we must exercise patience during these times. |
