Dashboard example issue

I am practicing the Dashboard example.

But, I have some problems.

I use LOOP to do dynamic sheet, for individual annual dashboard.

The first sheet Chart is correct, But the second sheet Chart will grab the first sheet data.

How can I fix this problem?

And the form can be debugging?
