MTO – Make to order

Make to Order is manufacturing the standard material by taking/changing the characteristics of the material that slightly changes the standard material as per the requirements of the customer.

1. Create a material with material type HALB with MRP1 tab included along with the normal select views tab.

2. Make sure that the general item category group and item category group is 0001(Make to Order).and MRP Planning should be ND. Valuation class: 7920, Price control: V, Moving Price

3. Create a sales order using T.Code VA01. Mark item category as TAK & schedule line as CP.

4. Make stock posting against the sales order for the customer. Movement type: 561, Special Stock: E

5. Check stock in MMBE.

6. Create Delivery in VL01N and then billing in VF01.
