Local Test Classes

I noticed that SAPlink v0.1.4 was losing local test classes when
exporting a class.

I have opened an issue #175 where I posted a patch that exports /
imports local test classes together with the class.

Project owners and committers, can you please review the patch and if
you find it useful apply it?

Also, if this project is hiring, I would like to become a code
contributor.
