[saplink] ACID and AVAR SAPlink plug-ins

The ACID and AVAR SAPlink plug-ins can be downloaded here:
http://code.google.com/p/saplink-saab/

ACID and AVAR are the objects used in the SAAB transaction.

I have done testing of the straightforward import / export scenarios.
Extensive testing is still in progress.
