hello everybody

I fear this is a bit off-topic, but since it's very important to me: is
there any way to get back a deleted ABAP class? I accidentally deleted a
very important class which was only on a development system...

or can anybody point me to a database table where the corresponding ABAP
includes could still be?

thanks & regards

AFAIK if you didn't create a version (i.e. by releasing a CR) you can't do anything about it.
If you did I think you can revert to the previous version in the class editor or perhaps even reimport the CR (never tried but should work).

unfortunately, I did not release the transport before deleting the class.

I cannot believe that I have to go through a full restore just because
some dumb ass (me) deleted some important class.

btw, it just emerged that this certain classs is already on our
QA-system, so I will copy it with SapLink I think. :)

If it got to your QA system you should have the transport as well.
Releasing a CR is not mandatory, but AFAIK you should either release it or manually create a version.
