Job Title: Senior ABAP Architect – S/4HANA Migration
Location: Dallas, TX 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ABAP architecture and development strategy for the SAP S/4HANA migration project.
• Analyze existing ECC custom code and guide remediation, optimization, and simplification for S/4HANA compatibility.
• Design and implement ABAP solutions on HANA, including CDS Views, AMDP, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with functional teams, Basis, and data migration teams during the system conversion.
• Provide guidance on code pushdown techniques and HANA-optimized development.
• Review and approve technical designs, development standards, and code quality.
• Support integration development including IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, and OData services.
• Mentor ABAP developers and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong experience working as an ABAP Architect or Technical Lead.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or system conversions.
• Expertise in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and performance tuning.
• Experience with custom code remediation tools (SPAU/SPDD, ATC, Code Inspector).
• Strong knowledge of SAP integrations (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData).
• Experience working in large enterprise SAP landscapes.
