The primary functions are to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences that enhance usability and support business goals. This role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality interfaces.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user flows and experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with project goals
• Apply design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs
Skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
