Folks,
 
I found this book which has step by step process with screenshots listed for most of the activities which a Basis Admin will do.
 
If we all agree to buy it, the cost will be < $10 for each one of us.
 
Th docs which Fahim provided are very good, but they are from SAP Instructors standpoint and assume you already have knowledge in those areas.
 
Please take a look at this link and read about what the book contains, and we can discuss in the class.

Thanks Shoaibbhai, This book does seem like a good book, good reviews, it'll be worth the investment. We can dicuss further in the class
