Job Description:

 

a growing enterprise operation executing very data intensive transactions. The efficient and effective utilization of the enterprise database systems is critical to maintaining a productive workforce. The sensitivity of their customer and internal data also creates a need for strict access controls between their database operating environments and systems.

 

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required

·         At least 4+ years of experience in data modeling (conceptual, logical and physical) required

·         Experience with SQL Server

·         Experience in data warehouse development preferred

·         Healthcare experience preferred

 

Desired Experience:

·         4+ years of experience in data modeling (conceptual, logical and physical)

·         Strong SQL experience

·         Erwin data modeling software

·         Expert knowledge of data normalization and denormalization

·         Expert knowledge of data mapping and data dictionaries

·         Relational database modeling concepts and practices

·         SAS experience preferred

·         Communication skills both written and verbal

·         Ability to work independently and within a team environment

·         Critical listening and thinking skills

·         Decision making/problem solving skills

·         Excellent customer service skills
