needed for Lead Mobile Developer position. These are over and above of the standard desired skills (such as Agile, Code Management, Communication, Problem Solving, Programming etc) we look for in 8 plus Years of experience as software developer and minimum 3 years of Android developer.

Technical Skills

o Strong understanding of Android Platform, SDK and Android Ecosystem.

o Strong knowledge of Java, Android Studio and Google Frameworks.

o Strong understanding of mobile UI design and latest app UI design patterns.

o Well versed in developing components related to media (Video & Audio, Animation, Image & Graphics etc)

o Experience in developing and testing Frameworks, specially involving media components.

o A sound understanding of HTTP and REST-style web services.

o Experience integrating with backend systems and web services.

o Excellent debugging skills to address production issues.

o Application performance optimization know-how.
