2. Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Expereince with Journey builder
4. Expereince in working on both SMS and email channels on Marketing cloud
5. Experience in integration Marketing cloud with Service/Sales cloud
6. In-depth understanding of force.com application architecture.
7. Experience to build complex projects on force.com platform.
8. Should be able to review SFDC code and lead and suggest standard improvements.
9. Excellent communication skill.
10. Efficient client handling skill.
11. Salesforce.com certification desired
▪ 10+ years of relevant IT experience preferably auto-finance
▪ Experience with Salesforce Marketing cloud Module is required. As a Marketing Cloud SFDC Tech Lead, the person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4-5 different Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud implementations
▪ Extensive experience with technical architecture design with proven experience in interfacing highly complex mobile and web solutions with APIs and enterprise platforms and services
▪ Expert knowledge of:
− SFDC CRM application (Marketing Cloud) capabilities and constraints, mobile and web technologies: Java, HTML5 and ESB
− Integration and Data services architecture and techniques: SOAP, REST, JSON
− Enterprise Application and SFDC integration tools that includes integrating with external applications using SOA / ESB technologies, between different business systems and from multiple data sources
− SOSL and SOQL, Salesforce.com's Web Services and APIs, and the SalesForce Security model
− Advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes
− Relational database concepts and how to best implement database objects in the Salesforce.com platform
− Custom user interfaces with VisualForce and custom business logic in APEX

▪ Creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
▪ Demonstrated client facing consulting skills, including managing client relationships
▪ Experience working with cross-functional, globally dispersed teams; strong team skills including the ability to lead and be a team player

- Ability to work with business users to transform and develop requirements into design, implementation and business solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of SCRUM and experience working in highly agile environments
- Salesforce.com certification desired
