Page load time is an important factor in visitor satisfaction as well as in search engine ranking algorithms. Be careful when using third party widgets as some of them contain blocking JavaScript code or large files which can negatively impact page load times. Because our countdowns are pre-rendered the code download is very small. We also use edge caching strategies to deliver your countdowns from the location nearest to each user. When we do need to load content from the main server we use sophisticated in-memory caching to pull the data directly from RAM which is faster than reading from a hard disc.
I am trying to make a count down timer in a repeating group. Basically it is a social media feed and each new post you make will have a 24 hour limit. I want to have a real time countdown in each cell. Each cell will display different times based on when it was posted. Is this possible?
Note that in my example, I am showing the expiration in minutes in order to illustrate the countdown on posts I created a handful of minutes apart. You could have the countdown displayed in hours until it reaches a certain point, and then the countdown could switch to minutes.
I think my app if messed up haha. I put it on a random text element that I could actually find when trying to select an element and it still does not update real time. I even copy and pasted the countdown timer example with all its functionality and it does not show up as an option to select as an element

I for the life of me cannot seem to find a way to get my entry delay to make any kind of countdown sound(or flashing lights) upon opening up my store. When I exit and arm I get sounds during the countdown at least letting me now I have to lock up before the countdown finishes. My keypad also flashes lights during the process. Handy.
Same issue here. (How) did you solve it? Exit delay countdown is present but no sounds after entry. I am using in combination with motion sensor. I have had a few false alarm already because I forgot to disarm.
To do so, I'm using the "jChavannes"' github (Link here) that is really complete, but I can't find a way to modify the countdown while it's running even though 'jchavannes' put a lot of tools to use his work.
Here is the HTML code of what i'd like to make work, with buttons of what I need to modify the countdown and the javascript of what I'm using to make the whole thing work (one library is missing but it's way too big to be put here, you'll find it in the Github).
I built this rather nice thing (with the help of @Darren_Murphy) which is an actual countdown. And the nice colors are thanks to CSS wizardry from @Lucas_Pires.

- I am not sure if other users are experiencing the same issue but I find that the seconds countdown is just a little slow. Definitely not like in the youtube video link in the op. Would it be possible to also adjust the speed of the countdown? I thought that maybe my vessel was too big and had too many parts which might have slowed down the countdown. However, I experienced the same slowness with a very basic and tiny rocket.
Now here's a hypothetical question dealing with the countdown clock and Mechjeb regarding "Timed" launches" (For example in order to meet up with a space station or a luanch window. to say another planet (Say DUna For example)
Regarding the countdown, I am getting an approximate 1.5-2 second lag between the seconds on the countdown clock and since the sound/voice sequence seems to be triggered by the countdown clock it stutters the fun immersion experience.
I have actually tried it out with all the different countdowns and have encountered the approximate 1 second wait that you mentioned in the previous post. I have the sound button/toggle enabled in the settings. I also do not have any timewarp mods installed. Thanks for your help!
Please try it again with the Apollo countdown, using a handheld stopwatch. Start the stopwatch at the 35 second mark (I believe that is when the countdown starts), and at 0, record how far off it is from the actual.
This equation calculates the time the button was pressed plus some integer amount of time (in minutes). Then it takes the difference between that calculated time and now() in minutes. This is a negative value equal to setup_TimeAllotted untiil we run out of time. To make the timer appear as a countdown timer I take the absolute value of this result.
