Job Details:
Act as the onsite bridge between RLC business, technical teams, JCI SMEs, and Infosys. Responsible for requirement gathering across Selection Navigator, SAP, SmartSearch, PIM/DAM, Delegated Admin, user tiers, ordering, warranty flows, and current SolNav functional modules.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture & refine functional requirements for portal capabilities across 16 SolNav modules. Identify which 7 must be rebuilt
• Document Delegated Admin models, customer hierarchies, entitlements
• Define routing rules, external family IDs, URL formats (for Selection Nav integration)
• Work with PIM, DAM teams for attribute mapping, content migration, and product hierarchies
• Capture SAP Fiori warranty flows & differences vs Tavant VRF.
• Prepare detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows.
• Validate legacy SolNav functions & identify parity vs enhancements.
• Work onsite with business to run UAT cycles, demos, playback sessions.

Skills
• Strong B2B portals experience
• Adobe Commerce / Salesforce / SAP understanding
• Expertise in documenting end to end functional flows
• Onsite stakeholder management
