Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall architecture and roadmap for ServiceNow platform implementations.
Design end-to-end solutions across ServiceNow modules, including:
ITSM
ITOM
ITBM
HRSD
SecOps
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and integration teams.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards.
Lead platform upgrades, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives.
Design and oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
Review and approve solution designs, architecture decisions, and code quality.
Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and client discussions as needed.
Mentor and upskill development teams on ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow Architecture or Solution Design roles.
Strong expertise in:
ServiceNow ITSM
ITOM
CMDB
Discovery
Platform Architecture
Data Model Design
Proven experience delivering multiple ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, JavaScript, and Glide API.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Good understanding of cloud architecture, security, and compliance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications such as:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly Preferred
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments and multi-instance strategies.
