🚨 JOB OPPORTUNITY: Database Developer 🚨

We are actively hiring a Database Developer / DBA for a key initiative with our client, the State of Indiana!

📍 Location: Indiana (Must be local for Onsite, In-Person interview)

💼 Employment Type: W2 Only

🚫 Visa Restrictions: Open to all work authorizations except OPT and H1B

🔑 Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or Database Developer.

  • Core Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).

  • Optimization: Proven track record in database performance tuning, indexing, query optimization, and high-availability configurations.

  • Security & Recovery: In-depth knowledge of database security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.

  • Automation: Hands-on experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation.

  • Analytics & BI: Ability to design and implement database solutions supporting BI, reporting, and data analytics.

  • Cloud (Plus): Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL) is a strong plus.
