We are hiring an experienced SAP OTC Architect for a remote opportunity with Infosys.
Required Experience:12+ years of experience in SAP configuration, solution evaluation, validation, development, and deployment.
4–6+ years of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) implementation experience with integration across other SAP modules.
2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, including at least one as a Solution Architect.
6+ years of Business Process Consulting, solution architecture, process design, and business requirement analysis.
Analyze and document business requirements for SAP OTC processes, including Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, and Invoicing.
Design and configure SAP OTC solutions to meet business requirements.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms.
Support end-to-end SAP OTC implementations, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
Integrate SAP OTC with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Develop functional design documents, test cases, and training materials.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and end-user training.
Assist in project planning, timelines, and SAP SD-related deliverables.
