We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Architect to join our team. If you have strong expertise in SAP SD/OTC, solution architecture, and end-to-end SAP implementations, we'd love to hear from you!
Required Experience✅ 12+ years of experience in SAP configuration, solution evaluation, validation, development, and deployment
✅ 4–6+ years of SAP OTC implementation experience with integration across other SAP process areas
✅ 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects, including at least one as a Solution Architect (client-facing experience preferred)
✅ 6+ years of experience in business process consulting, solution architecture, process design, and process detailing
🔹 Lead business process design discussions and gather requirements for SAP OTC processes, including:
Sales Order Processing
Delivery Processing
Billing & Invoicing
🔹 Analyze complex business requirements and provide scalable SAP OTC solutions
🔹 Map business requirements, processes, and objectives into SAP solutions
🔹 Configure and customize SAP OTC/SD modules to meet business needs
🔹 Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP OTC with other SAP modules and third-party systems
🔹 Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
🔹 Proactively identify and resolve project risks to ensure successful delivery
🔹 Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and validation results
🔹 Support end-to-end SAP OTC implementations, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
🔹 Develop and deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions
🔹 Assist with project planning, timelines, and SAP SD/OTC deliverables
