Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing, implementing, and leading enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules, architecture design, integrations, platform governance, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills:
12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect
Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and Service Portal
Experience designing scalable ServiceNow architectures and integrations
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform customization
Ability to lead implementation projects and provide technical guidance
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
