• SAP Expertise
○ Minimum 15+ years in SAP implementations, with 5+ years in S/4HANA.
○ Deep functional knowledge in Finance (FI/CO),
○ Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery.
• Pharma Industry Knowledge
○ Understanding of GxP compliance, validation processes, and regulatory frameworks.
○ Familiarity with pharma-specific processes like serialization, batch management, and controlled environments.
• Technical Acumen
○ Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, OData).
○ Exposure to data migration tools and SAP Solution Manager.
• Leadership & Communication
○ Proven ability to lead global teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
○ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Description:
Lead the global S4HANA Bluefield implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions across multiple geographies for a pharmaceutical organization. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (FDA, EMA, GMP), drive process standardization, and enable digital transformation through SAP best practices.
Key responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation
○ Own end-to-end functional design for SAP S/4HANA across core modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality Management).
○ Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and blueprinting sessions for global template creation.
○ Ensure alignment with pharma-specific compliance and validation requirements (GxP).
• Process Optimization
○ Analyze existing business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) and redesign for efficiency using SAP best practices.
○ Enable Fiori UX and embedded analytics for improved user experience.
• Integration Management
○ Collaborate with technical teams for integration with SAP BTP, Ariba, Concur and non-SAP systems (e.g., Stonex, ServiceNow).
○ Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity across global sites.
• Governance & Compliance
○ Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and validation protocols.
○ Maintain documentation for audits and compliance (RTM).
• Stakeholder Engagement
○ Act as the primary liaison between business process owners and IT teams.
○ Communicate project updates to senior leadership and global stakeholders.
• Testing & Deployment
○ Lead SIT, UAT, and validation phases.
○ Support global rollouts and hypercare post go-live
