Summary
We are
seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM OTC Techno-Functional Consultant to
support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management modules,
with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The role requires a blend
of functional expertise in SCM/OTC and technical skills to design, develop,
customize, and support business solutions.

Functional
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements
related to Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Configure and support Oracle
EBS SCM modules including:
- Order Management (OM)
- Inventory (INV)
- Purchasing (PO)
- Shipping
- Advanced Pricing
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
(integration with OTC)
- Conduct gap analysis and
propose system solutions.
- Prepare functional design
documents (MD50/BR100).
- Support end-to-end OTC cycle:
Order Entry → Shipping → Invoicing → Receipts.
- Coordinate with business users
for requirement gathering, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Provide production support and
troubleshoot functional issues.
Technical
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize:
- Reports (XML Publisher, BI
Publisher)
- Interfaces
- Conversions
- Extensions
- Workflow customizations
- Write and optimize SQL, PL/SQL
queries and packages.
- Work on APIs, Open Interfaces,
and data migration activities.
- Debug issues using Oracle tools
and backend analysis.
- Support system patches,
upgrades, and performance tuning.
Required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in
Oracle EBS SCM with strong OTC exposure.
- Hands-on experience with OM,
Inventory, Shipping, and AR integration.
- Strong technical skills in:
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- BI Publisher / XML Publisher
- Oracle APIs & Open
Interfaces
- Experience in RICE components
development.
- Good understanding of Oracle
EBS architecture.
Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay
(P2P) process is a plus.
- Experience in implementation
and support projects.
- Exposure to integration with
third-party systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL
processes.
