- Security layers PHI, PPI data — so security layer
design is key — IBM EIAM platform is what is getting utilized for
security
- VIP data — high profile healthcare data for government
officials
- Claims, Enrollment, Benefits — good knowledge of
healthcare insurance background
Job Description:
Leads enterprise domain architecture strategy
and execution by translating business needs into secure, scalable, and
high-performing architectural solutions. Ensures alignment with enterprise
standards, roadmaps, and regulatory requirements while driving optimization and
innovation across the domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop current, target, and
transitional architecture models; identify gaps and improvement
opportunities.
- Ensure alignment across
business, solution, and enterprise architecture domains.
- Lead design, engineering, and
implementation of reusable architecture assets and patterns.
- Represent domain in
Architecture Review Board and vendor evaluations (RFIs/RFPs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders
to select solutions aligned with IT strategy and standards.
- Drive compliance, security, and
regulatory adherence in all solutions.
- Research emerging technologies
and assess impact on domain strategy.
- Support roadmap planning,
resource estimation, and enterprise initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, IT, or related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu
of degree).
- 10+ years of experience in
architecture domain.
- Strong expertise in
architecture frameworks, cross-domain solutions, stakeholder
collaboration, and team leadership.
- Preferred: Advanced degree and
Certified System Architect certification.
