Job Description:
Experience with but not limited to the following technology:
- Demonstrated experience supporting Windows POS devices
- Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Experience imaging, configuring, and deploying Windows POS hardware
- Familiarity with HP Engage Go, Ingenico or similar POS systems and peripherals
- Manage and maintain POS hardware inventory and assets
- Strong hardware and OS troubleshooting skills
- Support device rollouts and refresh projects
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
