Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Salesforce applications to support client business needs.
• Perform coding, code reviews, deployments, debugging, and maintenance across environments.
• Design solutions based on business requirements and system analysis.
• Implement unit testing and support automation testing for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot production and D2D issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Create technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• MInimum 8+ years of experience building, deploying, and supporting Salesforce applications.

 

Required / Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce development: Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• REST API integrations and Salesforce data modeling
• Reports and dashboards in Salesforce
• Agile tools (JIRA) and source control (Git/SVN)
• CI/CD tools (Copado preferred)
• Experience with AWS, multi-cloud, call center setup, and SaaS integrations is a plus
• Knowledge of AI, Agentforce 360/DX, Data 360 is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

 

Additional Skills:
Salesforce, Lightning component development, REST APIs, security, Agentforce, cloud technologies.
