Purpose:
Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of Customer Service products on the ServiceNow platform. Drive end-to-end delivery, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain complex ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Serve as SME for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, SOM).
Build custom applications, workflows, UI components, and API integrations.
Perform automated unit/integration testing and ensure DevOps & CI/CD compliance.
Provide technical support for critical production issues and system improvements.
Lead requirement discussions, solution design, architecture reviews, and roadmap planning.
Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts), APIs, and integrations.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, CI/CD, Git, cloud (AWS/Azure), databases, and security protocols (SSO, LDAP).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
