Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to join our team in Wilmington, DE.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents and operational threats that may impact employees, contractors, passengers, and organizational operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise physical security systems, incident response, and emergency operations in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational safety, security compliance, and timely incident escalation.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze security alerts, alarms, and incidents across enterprise security platforms including:
Video Surveillance Systems (VSS)
Access Control Systems (ACS)
Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
Investigate suspicious, malicious, or criminal activity and escalate incidents appropriately.
Coordinate incident notifications with law enforcement, control centers, and internal security leadership.
Maintain detailed incident reports, audit documentation, and chain-of-custody records.
Support operational risk analysis, compliance reviews, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Assist with troubleshooting, technical support, and field coordination for enterprise security systems.
Ensure timely and accurate communication during emergency and non-emergency situations.
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in:
Security Operations Center (SOC)
Security Operations
Emergency Dispatch
Physical Security Operations
Related security environment
Hands-on experience with physical security systems and incident management tools.
Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with enterprise physical security platforms such as:
Genetec Access Control Systems (ACS)
Lenel Video Surveillance Systems (VSS)
Intrusion Detection Systems
Previous experience in emergency dispatching environments (Police/Fire/EMS).
Experience supporting installation, maintenance, or administration of enterprise security systems.
Ability to proactively identify operational risks and support issue resolution.
Experience participating in operational or security-related projects.
