Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions and data products.
• Build and optimize LLM, Generative AI, and RAG-based applications.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Drive AI/ML best practices, model performance, and innovation across the organization.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of Data Science experience with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM, Generative AI, and RAG-based applications.
• Strong software engineering background with experience designing end-to-end AI solutions and optimizing model/code performance.
• Must have experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and Kendra.
• Ability to develop, scale, and productionize AI/ML models and data products.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Agentic AI experience is a plus.
