You’re a creative problem solver who loves to explore and uncover the issues. You are decisive. Communicating what you’ve uncovered in a way that can be easily understood by others is one of your strengths.
You are phenomenal at influencing up, down, and across groups.
You’ll need to have: A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics/Business Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or in a related field; ideally an MBA.
Experience investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies.
Experience working with business intelligence systems to provide diagnostic self-serve information to clients and business units.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL or equivalent programs.
Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation creation.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools, such as PegaSystems.
Business intelligence/visualization software experience (e.g. Tableau, Splunk, or Kibana).
Data mining, preparation and modeling experience.
Statistical analysis language experience.
Data preparation tool experience.
Communication and presentation skills.

Even better if you have:

Degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science, or economics.
Experience with Tableau or similar visual analysis tool, optimization, analytics and large data sets, developing visually compelling interactive dashboards.
Good understanding of database concepts (Oracle, MS SQL, generic SQL, etc.).
Solid understanding of data warehouse and data lake architecture (Teradata, Hadoop).
Good understanding of third party analytic tools.
Certification in Pega Systems RTIM platforms.
