Salesforce Business Analyst / Program Manager
Primary Responsibilities (60%)
- Business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Salesforce Admins, and Developers
- Process optimization, automation, and solution design
- Support UAT, testing, production readiness, and reporting capabilities
- Stakeholder management and business enablement
Secondary Responsibilities (40%)
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives and system enhancements
- Manage dependencies, issue resolution, and escalations
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Business teams
- Track milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Prepare executive-ready communications and status reporting
- Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and operational readiness
Scope of Role
Lead Salesforce-driven business transformation by analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and driving cross-functional program delivery. Bridge business and technology teams to ensure successful execution, stakeholder alignment, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes.
