Salesforce Lead Developer
Primary Requirements (Must Have)
1. Salesforce Solution Leadership
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a Lead/Architect role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Ability to own end-to-end solution design, requirements gathering, and implementation delivery.
• Experience acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proven track record leading offshore development teams.
1. Business & Stakeholder Management
• Ability to work directly with Sales leadership, IT leadership, and business users.
• Strong requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and process-mapping skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
1. Salesforce Technical Expertise
• Deep understanding of:
• Salesforce data model
• Security and sharing architecture
• Flows and automation
• Reports and dashboards
• Integration patterns
• Deployment and release management
• Ability to review technical designs and guide developers.
1. Salesforce–SAP Integration Experience
• Hands-on experience working on Salesforce and SAP integrations.
• Understanding of master data synchronization, customer/account management, orders, pricing, products, and sales processes across systems.
• Ability to assess integration impacts during ERP transformation or SAP upgrade programs.
• Experience working with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP CPI, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
1. Program Delivery Experience
• Experience leading large enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong Agile and waterfall delivery experience.
• Ability to drive design decisions, manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Comfortable serving as the single point of accountability for Salesforce workstream delivery.

• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or SAP upgrade programs.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Customer Master, Product Master, and Sales processes.

• Business process transformation experience.
1. Industry Experience
• Manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or B2B sales environments.
• Experience supporting complex sales organizations integrated with SAP ERP.
