We are hiring for Solution Architect – Order-to-Cash (O2C) at San Jose, CA -Onsite Location

Role- Solution Architect – Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Work Location: San Jose, CA -Onsite

System / Landscape
SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash, Billing, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems including Commerce, CRM, and Provisioning platforms.

Role Objective

Support M&A and large-scale enterprise transformation/integration programs by driving end-to-end architecture across the O2C domain. Lead Fit-Gap analysis, define the target-state architecture, and align M&A integrations with customer platforms and the SAP S/4HANA landscape.

Key Accountabilities

Own O2C architecture design for M&A system integrations.
Support Fit-Gap analysis and discovery workshops.
Define and align solution architecture with SAP enterprise standards.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and solution design activities for the O2C domain.
Define end-to-end O2C architecture and integration strategy.
Identify integration points across SAP and non-SAP applications.
Participate in Fit-Gap analysis and discovery sessions.
Translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CRM, Provisioning, and business teams.
Support implementation planning, onboarding, and early project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience.
3+ years of SAP S/4HANA O2C experience.
Strong expertise in Billing and Invoicing processes.
Experience with Subscription Order Management and Solution Architecture.
Pricing and Revenue Management experience.
Experience with SaaS and Subscription-based business models.
5+ years of Provisioning experience.
Strong integration architecture experience across enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM integration experience.
Experience migrating O2C processes from Oracle to SAP.
M&A integration experience preferred.

Project Context

SEMrush acquisition integration initiative focused on the Order-to-Cash domain. The role will support Fit-Gap analysis, architecture definition, and integration execution across customer-facing platforms and SAP systems.

Duration / Hiring Context

Contractor role
Initial contract duration: 6 months

Additional Notes

Requires immediate contribution in collaborative architecture and discovery sessions.
Minimal ramp-up period expected.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
