 12–18 years of ERP and Supply Chain Consulting experience, including extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM).

 Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end D365 SCM implementations across global organizations.

 Strong expertise in designing and implementing global SCM templates covering:

Procurement & Sourcing
Inventory Management
Warehouse Management (Advanced WMS)
Production Control
Master Planning (MRP/MPS)
Quality Management

 Experience standardizing item master data, warehouse templates, procurement policies, inventory valuation, and costing aligned with Finance.

 Proven experience leading multi-country D365 SCM rollouts across US, UK, Netherlands, India, Singapore, China, Japan, and Australia using a template-based implementation approach.

 Strong knowledge of multi-site, multi-warehouse, multi-entity, and multi-company supply chain environments supporting manufacturing, distribution, and retail operations.

 Experience balancing global process standardization with country-specific operational and regulatory requirements.

 Strong understanding of regional compliance requirements, including:

US, UK, Netherlands, Australia: Advanced warehouse operations and logistics compliance
India & Singapore: GST-enabled procurement and compliance workflows
China: Regulatory compliance, local integrations, and distribution controls
Japan: Inventory management, quality, and product traceability standards

 Expertise in conducting fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, business process mapping, and functional solution architecture.

 Experience designing end-to-end Supply Chain processes integrated with Finance, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory valuation, costing, and financial postings.

 Strong experience in data migration and master data governance using Dynamics 365 Data Management Framework (DMF) for item masters, vendors, BOMs, routings, warehouses, and locations.

 Expertise establishing global master data governance, including naming conventions, warehouse hierarchies, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality.

 Experience designing integration solutions with:

3PL/4PL providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx)
Warehouse automation systems
Shipping carriers and tracking platforms
Procurement and vendor management systems

 Strong knowledge of APIs, Azure Integration Services, and middleware for enterprise system integration.

 Experience leading System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support.

 Experience delivering user training, change management, and global user adoption initiatives.

 Expertise designing Power BI dashboards and operational reports for inventory visibility, warehouse KPIs, procurement performance, and demand planning analytics.

 Trusted advisor to Supply Chain Executives, Operations Leaders, CIOs, CFOs, and business stakeholders, with experience leading executive workshops, steering committees, and design reviews.

 Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation best practices, governance, security, and minimizing customizations while maximizing standard D365 SCM capabilities.
