Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP RSH Consultant with strong expertise in SAP modules and Oil & Gas industry processes. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, configuration, support, and optimization of SAP RSH processes aligned with upstream/downstream operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge, hands-on SAP experience, and domain understanding of hydrocarbon supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, configure, and support SAP RSH solutions
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Provide functional and technical expertise in SAP modules related to RSH
• Support integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FICO
• Participate in system design, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
• Support data migration and system enhancements
• Create functional specifications and technical documentation
• Work closely with business users in Oil & Gas operations
• Provide ongoing production support and process improvements
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of SAP experience
• Strong experience with SAP RSH module
• Oil & Gas industry experience (mandatory)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred
• Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, FICO
• Strong configuration experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in onsite client environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP certification preferred
• Experience in Hydrocarbon Supply Chain processes
• Knowledge of upstream/downstream operations
• Experience with SAP IS-Oil solutions is a plus
• Experience in data migration and SAP integrations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be available to work onsite in Houston for the duration
• Strong client-facing experience required
• Oil & Gas project experience mandatory
