Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of the S/4HANA Reporting and Analytics Remediation Initiative. This role will act as a key delivery leader responsible for ensuring successful coordination across enterprise teams and external implementation partners.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Portfolio Lead and Delivery Lead and will represent the organization in managing project execution, vendor performance, and cross-functional alignment across ERP, Data & Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
This role requires strong enterprise program management, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and Agile delivery experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise IT or digital transformation programs.
- Strong experience managing large cross-functional programs involving multiple business and technology teams.
- Experience delivering programs in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and system integrators.
- Experience working in ERP environments (SAP ECC or S/4HANA programs preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex dependencies and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing Data Warehouse, Reporting, or Analytics transformation programs.
- Experience in S/4HANA reporting remediation or analytics transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise data platforms or analytics ecosystems.
- Experience supporting large ERP transformation programs
