Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer / Analyst contractor to support enterprise application development, modernization, production support, and business process improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with IT teams, and leadership to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support key business operations.
Top Skills:
• Five to ten (5–10) years of experience as a full-stack developer building enterprise business applications.
• Three to five (3–5) years of experience developing and delivering web solutions using Microsoft technologies including and not limited to .NET Framework/Core, C#, LINQ, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Razor, and Blazor.
• Experience with front-end technologies, including HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and jQuery.
• Experience building applications using Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly.
• Experience with T-SQL programming, including stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio, NuGet packages, IIS, and Azure DevOps Git for source control.
• Experience creating and executing unit tests using Microsoft testing tools or the NUnit testing framework.
• Ability to support, troubleshoot, and maintain production systems.
• Experience designing deliverables from business requirements while following standard development practices and business guidelines.
• Experience developing web solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, including Azure apps and services.
• Experience working with third-party UI controls, such as Infragistics or Syncfusion.
• Experience creating reports using Power BI or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, primarily Power Apps and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business teams to analyze system needs, process changes, application issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, interpret, and document business requirements; summarize findings and recommend practical technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, development tasks, and supporting documentation.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Support application installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing production maintenance.
• Provide technical support, user guidance, training materials, and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business users, QA, database administrators, and IT leadership.
• Support project planning for major initiatives by helping define scope, priorities, deliverables, and implementation approach.

• Strong working knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience analyzing, designing, developing, delivering, and deploying software solutions.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with a team, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create system diagrams, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Ability to develop proofs of concept to evaluate and demonstrate new functionality or technologies.

• Strong business systems aptitude, with the ability to support process improvement and guide users through change.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
