We want a battle-tested Enterprise Architect who has successfully migrated large financial systems and can design, lead, and de-risk complex platform transitions.

legacy client platforms and target systems (e.g., FIS Omni, Relius).
- Lead architectural design across data, integration,
infrastructure, and security domains.
- Provide strategic guidance for data migration, system
conversion, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve cross-functional
architectural risks and issues.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering
teams to align architectural solutions with retirement plan administration
needs.
- Establish and enforce best practices for scalability,
performance, regulatory compliance, and data protection.

- Infrastructure architecture (cloud and/or on
premises)
- Security architecture and controls

plans (401(k), 403(b), 457).
- Familiarity with participant, sponsor, and
advisor-facing platforms.
- Experience implementing hybrid or phased coexistence
architectures during system migrations.
