Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Ltd or GHCL is into two primary verticals
namely Home Textiles and Chemicals (Soda Ash). GHCL had successfully
set-up a new Home Textiles manufacturing unit in Vapi located at
Gujarat.
Personnel Administration
• Configuration of basic structures such as Enterprise Structure,
Personnel Structure and Organizational Structure.
• Creating Personnel Area, Personnel Sub area, Employee Group,
Employee Subgroup, creating object types organizational unit,
position, job and person for testing.
• Hiring an Employee using Personnel Actions (PA 40), also created
similar action types and assign to different PSAs for testing.
• Maintained HR Master Data. (PA30) through Interfaces.
• Customized Features NUMKR, PERSG, PERSK based on Country Grouping
MOLGA.
Org Management

wage types in different wage type groups, checked the permissibility
per info type and assigned the permissibility of wage types to each
employee subgroup grouping and personnel subarea grouping, maintained
characteristics for each wage type

Areas of exposure with above Projects
• Troubleshooting daily tickets related to HR module.
• Analyzing the user / incidents generated tickets and providing
