Client description:

activities span the world but are strongly represented in Australia
and North America.

Technical areas: PA OM techno functional, BADI’s, ABAP HR Reports, PTP
(MM) Reports.

Project Description:
RIOTINTO is a mining project which involves offshore purchase to
pay(PTP) MM support, PAM and MP(Manage People) HR support and SD
support from offshore.

Responsibilities:
 Worked on PA OM technical, ABAP HR reports and MM reports with and
without LDB, ALV reports, User exits, BADI’s.
 Employing Quality process during preparation of each configurable
items coding, Technical spec, Unit Test Plan and in Defect Prevention.
 Techno-functional co-ordination for offshore development issues
 Technical blue print(BB) Preparation, Analysis of Functional Design
in order to understand the Business Requirement and to design the
solution.
 Involve in Quality / Performance testing and conduct code reviews.
 Coordinate with onsite team and providing Technical assistance to
team members.

2) Have been involved in implementation of ESS/MSS and in support
project for NAB (National Australian Bank) with the project focus on
HR issues.

Project Description:
National Australian Bank Data migration project involved Offshore
Project Planning and Preparation, Definition of Standards, Research
and case study for AU and NZ payroll, Code review and migrating data
from one system to another.


Responsibilities:
 Developer; Module lead in Offshore for rollout developments and bug
fixing.
 Part of a team member in ESS/MSS implementation worked specifically
on PCR Workflows.
 Worked on ABAP HR reports with and without LDB, ALV reports, User
exits, BADI’s, PCR Workflows, BDC and LSMW.
