Responsibilities :
Responsible fopr Building business /revenue Contribution to the company
Build relation with Prime Vendors / clients and to build up a strong customer base.
Develop pipeline of professional contacts with preferred vendor and candidates.
Engage actively and aggressively generating new leads from prospective new Prime Vendors / clients.
Understand the requirements (technical skills, rates, client organization, etc.).
Solicit the profiles by implementing various effective methods and attract the right talent.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of Key skills, experience and Domain knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Prescreen the candidates.
Prepare candidates for interviewing with clients by providing detailed information on the client, position, Job description and expectation-setting.
Document the pre-Interview and Post Interview feedbacks of the candidate.
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
Communicating client interviews, handle visa and relocation issues.
Ability to work on direct client requirements with quick turnaround time.
Maintain vendor/Resume database.
Well versed with US Tax terms.
Maintaining daily / weekly reports.
Required:
Must be highly motivated, dedicated and result oriented.
Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
Must have US IT staffing industry experience working with H1b, US Citizens and Green card holders and OPTS.
Must be able to handle multiple requirements and should have an excellent submission rate with quick turnaround.
Must have good understanding of various IT technologies.
Should be well versed with innovative recruiting techniques and trends as well as various technologies.
Candidates who have worked with US Citizens and GCs.
Candidates who have strong relations with Prime Vendors.
Candidates who have excellent track record in subcontracting.
Candidates who have proven track record in OPT recruitment / H1 transfers.
Candidate should not be a frequent job hopper and should have completed at least 1 year with the current employer.
Candidate should be ready to give professional commitment in terms of deliverables.
Candidate must supply documents or references in support of the experience claimed.
Candidates are expected to perform consistently and add value to the Organization.
