• Lead end-to-end Salesforce platform management, including administration, customization, and configuration across Sales Cloud and related modules.
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, integrations) to support business requirements and improve system performance.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and automation.
• Oversee release management and DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, sandbox strategy, and deployment using tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure best practices, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.
