Azure Support Engineer
Location: Westchester County, NY
Years of Exp – 3+ years
Contract- 12 Months+
Client- Direct- CONFIDENTIAL (Healthcare)

• Provide expert level support on Azure Cloud services, Azure Traffic Manager, Azure Firewall management, Recovery Services, Storage, AppInsight, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake and Azure SQL
• Setup and configure Azure services for PaaS components,
• Provisioning and de-provisioning of Azure Services (PaaS and IaaS), recovery
• Database management on IaaS & PaaS
• Patching O/S, Release management in collaboration with customer
• Coordinate with product vendors for bugs in the product
• Coordinate and collaborate with Users, customer IT Manager and other third party vendors as required for production issues resolution
• Perform preventive maintenance, audit log maintenance, take back up etc as described in the role sand responsibilities section below
