We are looking for an experienced Infor IT Software Consultant to support our ERP implementation, configuration, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Infor products (such as Infor LN, M3, CloudSuite Industrial, or Syteline), combined with strong technical and functional expertise. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ERP solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and recommend best-fit Infor solutions.
Configure, implement, and support Infor ERP applications (LN, M3, CloudSuite, or Syteline).
Customize applications and develop extensions using Infor development tools (e.g., ION, Mongoose, Infor OS).
Assist in integration with third-party systems and legacy applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting across various modules.
Participate in testing, training, and deployment activities.
Document functional and technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Support system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning as needed.
