We are seeking an experienced SAP MM & Logistics Execution Consultant (ECC) to support and optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics execution processes for a leading beverage industry client. The consultant will configure SAP MM and LE modules, provide system support, and drive enhancements to ensure efficient supply chain operations across procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
Configure and implement SAP MM to support procurement, vendor management, and inventory processes.
Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Support cross-departmental material requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Handle material valuation, pricing updates, costing, and stock transfers.
Design, configure, and implement logistics processes (inbound/outbound delivery, transportation, and shipping).
Integrate SAP LE with WM and third-party logistics providers.
Optimize shipment planning, goods issues, and goods receipts.
Support transport management, freight costing, and carrier selection.
Ensure compliance with customs, international shipping, and regulatory requirements.
Configure SAP LE for warehouse management, stock movements, and storage strategies.
Integrate SAP LE with SAP SD, WM, and other modules for seamless logistics operations.
Analyze business requirements and design SAP MM/LE solutions.
Configure SAP ECC to optimize procurement and logistics workflows.
Provide RICEF specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom development.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical/system issues.
Identify process enhancement opportunities and implement best practices.
Collaborate with finance, production, and sales teams for integrated operations.
Provide end-user training and support for new functionalities.
Act as the primary contact for MM and LE module issues.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.
Conduct system performance monitoring and preventive checks.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM & LE in ECC environments.
Strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, and logistics execution.
Solid configuration experience in MM (material master, procurement, inventory) and LE (transportation, WM).
Experience integrating ECC with SD, PP, FI/CO, and WM modules.
Familiarity with ASAP or Agile SAP implementation methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
SAP Certification in MM or LE.
Experience with EDI and 3PL integrations.
Knowledge of supply chain best practices and emerging trends.
