Role: Technical Trainer/Instructional Designer (Hybrid)

 

Location: VA/MD/DC/DE/WV  (Driving distance to Owings Mills, MD to visit onsite as needed occasionally)

 

Skills/Experience needed:

 

• 5+ years of experience creating user support training materials & multimedia training materials
• Experience with Instructional design models and principals
• Develop Learning products include online courses, instructional manuals, video tutorials, and learning simulations.
• Designs & develops high quality Instructor-led, eLearning, and multimedia course materials including: course design documents, course outlines, course descriptions, presentation slides, diagrams, lab exercises, instructor guides, lab setup guides, job aids, and assessments.
• Creates visually appealing products that adhere to branding guidelines utilizing graphic, authoring, and video production tools.
• Partners cross functionally to scope requirements, objectives, and deliver projects. Conducting front end analysis including needs assessment, task analysis, content analysis, and instructional analysis.
• Experience with building learning experience
• Experience with Course Structure and teaching methods
• Assessment Development experience
• Strong technical writing skills
