Job Title : Data Engineer
Location : Sacramento, CA
Duration : 4+ Years - (Very long term project)
This is a on-site position, not remote

Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience performing data cleansing.
Minimum five (5) years of experience performing data quality.
Minimum five (5) years of experience performing data normalization quality.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.
Minimum three (3) years of experience performing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) from multiple disparate data sources, including data analysis and data cleansing.
Minimum three (3) years of experience with relational databases using Structured Query Language (SQL).
Minimum three (3) years of experience working on data migration validation/testing.
Minimum three (3) years of experience with object-oriented programming.
Minimum three (3) years of experience working with mainframe data storage virtual storage access method (VSAM) files.
Minimum three (3) years of experience working with data modeling tools.
Minimum three (3) years of experience using SAS, DataFlux, and/or Informatica Data Quality data profiling tools.
Minimum three (3) years of experience working with Tableau.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years of experience working with Salesforce.
Three (3) years of experience working with Snowflake.
Three (3) years of experience working with Simpligov.
Three (3) years of experience working with Service Now ETL.
Five (5) years of experience establishing master data management strategy and solutions.
Experience working with IBM Query Management Facility (QMF) and IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA) for z/OS.
Experience decomposing and mapping Binary Large Object (Blob) / Character Large Object (CLOB) data to normalization data repositories.
