We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant to provide support and enhancements to our SAP environment. This role requires a self-driven individual capable of handling production support, change requests, and leading or supporting projects in a lean team environment.
Production Support:
Handle tickets and collaborate with business partners to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues.
Partner with technical teams for configuration changes, development, testing, and documentation.
Change Requests:
Analyze business requirements and design solutions for small enhancements.
Perform SAP configuration, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver changes typically within a month.
Projects:
Lead or support projects from analysis and design through implementation.
Work closely with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
Strong experience in SAP Service Management (SM), including:
Warranty
Whole unit exchange / repair
Service notifications
Service order processes and configuration
Expertise in:
Notifications, Service Orders, Warranty, Billing
Contracts (Value / Quantity / Service)
Revenue recognition and repair order process
Customer service master data (Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters)
Experience with:
SAP IDoc setup (partner profiles, segments, testing)
Interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems
Logistics Execution, EDI/IDoc Integration, Warehouse Management, and Shipping
Ability to:
Analyze business requirements and deliver conceptual/detailed designs
Perform SAP configuration, develop functional specifications, support ABAP developments, and conduct testing
Bonus: Knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) concepts/configuration
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with business and technical teams.
