Top skills required for this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data modeling, database design, and data management, with a focus on retirement systems.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS) like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Data modeling for OLTP systems is a MUST
• Experience with NoSQL databases and big data technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with retirement industry standards and regulations is highly desirable.
• Certification in data modeling or database design is a plus.
