Required Skills :
- 7–10 years of experience in advanced analytics and AI, preferably with a focus on data and AI platforms in patient analytics.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in deploying analytical models using software development tools like GitHub.
- Interest in healthcare and pharmaceutical data.
- Experience in data visualization and deploying analytics solutions within patient advanced analytics and AI scope.
- Experience building data pipelines with embedded data quality metrics, especially in patient analytics.
Key Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, data science, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- Strong technical expertise in building analytical models using scripting languages like Python and querying languages like SQL.
- Familiarity with data discovery tools such as Informatica DQ and Axon.
- Experience with data platform tools like Snowflake and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Solid statistical background.
