High Sierra PHRF cert update

Hi, Folks. This question came up recently: If we don't get a fleet
for the S20s, would we be required to submit a PHRF certificate for
our boats to compete in an open or phrf class? Here is the official
response:
Hi Todd,
No we would not require Certificates for the S20's. We assume that you
will
keep your boats in O.D. configuration and police yourselves. We would
just
use the NCPHRF published rating.
Last I heard you should have 1 S-20 from Fresno, Bob Harper. That's
the only
one left down here. I sold mine and Francis Samson got rid of his.
